"I booked resort view room and got a view of the parking lot. Also there were no chairs on our patio. the resort is clean and nice, but definitely older. could use a few updates in the guest rooms. overall very clean and nice, definitely had old-fashioned, family friendly summer resort feel with campfire and smores nights, movies, and other activities to participate in."

"It was very easy communicating with AJ. Timely, accurate and detailed responses at all times. He also allowed us to check in a little earlier as the weather was bad.We lived at the property for 1 night - 5 adults and 6 kids. Location is convenient, safe and there is ample street parking.The property and furniture is a little dated. There was no lock in some of the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom, which made it a little inconvenient in terms of privacy. The carpet in family room could use some cleaning - we rolled it up during our stay. The televisions could be updated as they were old and we could not connect apps on the TVs for kids. Some mattresses were old and worn, but covered in sheets and were ok to sleep on.Kitchen was quite decent. Lots of plates, mugs, condiments. Nice appliances.Overall we had a good stay for 1 night. It snowed in and the home was quite warm."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Bay House. Comfortable rooms and the covered porch in a quiet area. During our short stay we were able to shop in Lake Geneva, walk on the Lake Path, see the Yerkes Observatory and sit on the benches at the Williams Bay beach area watching all the activity. There is much to do around this good location."

"It’s modest and dated, but priced right for those attributes. Picture old school motel w cabin like facade. It’s a really nice property w a large yard. Great for traveling w dogs. Homey and apartment like feel w a perfectly adequate kitchen space. The host is very kind and communicates so well. Even happily accommodated my request to grant my parents early access when they beat me there and were arriving earlier than check in time. The location is great. I’d stay here again and recommend to others!"

"Overall the cabins are old and need alot of updating. Nice location close to everything. The cleanliness is decent but everything inside is poorly done as far as updating and repairs. Nice for a fishing cabin but not nice for a couples retreat. I would never stay there again. I will say the owner is a really good person. "
