The villa has a large living room on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and front and rear patio.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one with a private bathroom) and on the top floor there is a solarium, a covered area ideal for outdoor meals, barbecue.

In the basement, there is a spacious garage for two cars and an auxiliary room with a bathroom.
