"We loved this hotel. The owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Property was very well maintained. Rooms were very clean and nice-smelling. It’s very obvious that they take pride in their hotel. Air conditioning was excellent. The owners/ staff were even taking a towel and wiping water that was on the sidewalk to rooms! Conveniently located off the interstate. Lots of choices to choose from for eating within 5 minutes or so. Several convenience stores and gas stations are within 5 minutes. Indoor pool was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is served and was good. Beds were so comfortable. It’s up on a hill and the view is beautiful. Rooms are soundproof. The whole place and parking lot is very well lit at night. We felt safe coming in after dark. Parking lot is monitored. Has 3 floors. Smoking area in front of where you check in. And the price per room is very reasonable for a very clean nice room, we will always book this hotel for every visit to Chattanooga from now on. We highly recommend this hotel. Pet friendly. Non-smoking rooms. Best staff I’ve seen. Thank you for making our stay perfect."

"A Hidden Gem! The Perfect Romantic Getaway! What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed in Room 9, and the views were just beautiful! Our room was spotless, the bed was SUPER comfortable, and the charming decor gave everything such a cozy, homey feel. The entire property was so quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect romantic getaway for couples! It's such a lovely place to escape the everyday hustle and bustle, relax, and enjoy some quality time together. It was also beautifully decorated for fall, which made it even more inviting! The views from the hot tub were absolutely amazing, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We also loved having a complimentary breakfast right on the property. Such a nice touch! And can we talk about their homemade haircare products and body wash?! We loved them so much that we actually purchased some to bring home! This property is truly a GEM! You can tell a lot of love and care goes into making it special. It's the perfect little romantic retreat, and I am SO glad we found this slice of heaven! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will absolutely be back! ❤️"

"The only thing I didn’t like was no coffee pot in the room. I left early for a hike my first morning so I didn’t realize there was no coffee machine in the room. My last morning I woke up and saw the sign stating I had to go downstairs for coffee or ask the front desk for a coffee pot. That’s a ridiculous and cheap tactic IHG is using to save money. For the money I spent, put the coffee pots back in the rooms."

"Loved the size of the suite, there is 5 in our family and we had plenty of room to move around. The tv was bigger than usual, that was awesome. Bug free which would’ve obviously been a deal breaker. I didn’t love the location of the hotel but that is no fault of its own lol I booked it so it was my own fault. The room stayed cool (Ac was great) and the CURTAINS!!!!! Omg they were so amazing, true black out curtains. I was shocked! (I even took pictures of how dark our room was vs outside at 8am) The smell was neutral, which was awesome because I am pregnant and strong smells make me sick. The only complaints would be plumbing and noise. The shower head was leaky and the sink wouldn’t drain well, pool looked green/dirty, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. We got there late so we didn’t swim anyway. The room next to ours was very disrespectful and banging all night, waking my young children multiple times. Also no fault of the hotels. I’m sure if I had filed a complaint they would’ve accommodated and moved one of us, (staff was very sweet and helpful) but it was so late I didn’t have the energy to. Outside of all of that, the breakfast was great. We looooved the cinnamon waffles. We loved the man working in the breakfast room. He was very helpful when i was struggling to prepare breakfast for all of my kids. Overall, i would say 4/5. I would probably stay again."

"Friendly front desk, we skipped the breakfast "buffet". Room was clean but outdated, the AC unit was loud. There were like a million mothballs in the elevator which was awful. Other than that, the location was good for what we had planned. Price was great would stay here again if we are in the area."

"The fan and AC unit were noisy. Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. There was only one coffee K-cup pod in the room, and I had to buy my own coffee. No staff available on the property. I tried to call management company prior to our stay and they never returned my call."

"I had a king room and there were four lights in the room and two of them didn’t work. The coffee maker had a cup of water sitting on the coffee maker. The desk also had two broken bars that went to the legs. I can understand the lights not working, but if you cleaned the room properly you would have noticed the cup of water just sitting in the coffee maker and the broken legs were very noticeable. This room should have been taken out of commission until the desk legs were fixed. Very disappointed with this. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful."
