Hermoso dúplex ubicado a 50 mts de la Av. Arístides Villanueva, principal polo gastronómico de Mendoza y a 2 cuadras del Parque Gral San Martin, gran pulmón verde de la ciudad. El alojamiento cuenta con 2 habitaciones (1 principal con cama matrimonial y aire acondicionado) y una habitación con 3 camas individuales y placard, 2 baños (1 de visitas en la planta baja y uno principal con ducha en la planta alta). Además tiene un hermoso patio con churrasquera y mucho verde para disfrutar.
Hay 2 habitaciones en el alojamiento, la principal con una cama doble y una cama simple, aire acondicionado, calefacción y ventilador de techo y la otra habitación con 3 camas individuales, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo potente y calefacción. La casa cuenta con un baño principal con ducha y un baño de visitas. Cuenta con cocina completa con todos los utensilios y un patio con churrasquera.
