El departamento se encuentra en una excelente ubicación para quienes prefieren huir del bullicio y el caos de pleno centro, pero quieren estar cerca de todo a la vez. Está a sólo 4 km del centro de Mendoza (10-15 min en auto) adonde se puede llegar en transporte público (micros o metrotranvia) cuyas paradas están a 200 m del departamento. Además, está a unos 10 km de las bodegas más importantes y más visitadas de Mendoza. Al ser una zona urbana, tiene todo lo necesario para su estancia, muy cerca: supermercados, estaciones de servicio, restaurantes y demás. Es parte de un complejo de sólo seis departamentos y tiene cochera propia, incluida en la tarifa.
