"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

We were in the area for a larger family event and the whole week was overshadowed by the need to be dealing with the poor provision and the stress of unhelpful contact with the agency.No welcome pack No instructions so within a couple of hours we had to phone VRBO.There were damp marks on the ceiling. "This is my third stay and I adore this hotel,it’s a great place to explore from,near the river walkways and the city centre all in walking distance. Plenty if restaurants/vars nearby. I base myself here then travel to st Andrew’s etc.which is a 25 min bus ride. I love the tech,especially Alexa you can ask anything it’s brilliant. Kenny and his team are brilliant, I like the self service check in and am happy with the technology but you don’t have to use it. The welcome gift of Dundee cake and milk and teabags:coffee wonderful. I might just move in but don’t tell them fantastic place 5*+"
