Collins Street House in Red Hill
You will love the location of Collins Street House, a short walk to Nordie Cafe, The Red Wine Collective, Abelli Estate Winery and the boardwalk to Red Hill Markets.
Walk down a tree-lined path to Mock Red Hill for ciders, Tedesca Osteria, Green Olive and Red Hill Estate Winery. That sounds like a fun afternoon :)
The house has been beautifully styled by our talented Property Mums Styling Team. We have five bedrooms plus a study alcove with a queen bed as the 6th sleeping area, sleeping 14 people in comfortable beds. There are 2.5 bathrooms, one being a large powder room.
Fully air-conditioned, wood fireplace, Wi-Fi and Netflix and full linen supplied.
Enjoy the cosy modern feel of Collins Street House, it really is a home away from home. There are two large living areas, 6 sleeping areas, sleeping 14 people all in comfortable beds. Modern kitchen, large caterer’s BBQ, 3 bathrooms and outdoor entertaining. Situated down a quiet street with neighbours so you feel safe. We have set this house up so family and friends can gather in Red Hill and enjoy all this great area has to offer.
Nordie Cafe, Abelli Estate Winery, across the road from here is the local primary school with three great playgrounds that the public are welcome to use outside of school hours. Less than an hour’s drive from Melbourne. Fully air-conditioned so you will be comfortable regardless of the weather. Plenty of wood and kindling are supplied. Dishwasher, Wi-Fi, caterer’s BBQ, TVs x2, Nespresso machine

The house is set up for entertaining, it has everything you would need to cater for many people, there is no need to bring a thing. We even have sharp knives, good pots and frying pans! There are board games, a chess set, backgammon and plenty of toys for the kids.
Early check-in and late check-out of midday offered whenever possible.
A ramp gives wheelchair access and easy access for prams. A well-behaved pet is welcome with prior arrangement with the owner, backyard is fully fenced.
Explore the wineries and galleries and return to the comfort of Collins Street House.
We welcome guests that are happy to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct for guests staying at Holiday Houses on the Mornington Peninsula.
Outdoor areas including outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11pm and 7am.
There is a strict no party policy at this house. No schoolies bookings of any kind, sorry no hens or bucks parties either.
Please ensure that all cars are on the property and not parked on the street. We have parking for five cars off-street. We encourage carpooling.
A 5 to 20 min walk from the house down a tree-lined pathway on Mornington-Flinders Road and you will be at:
- Abelli Winery within 2 mins walk
- Mock Orchards and Ciders
- Tedesca Osteria
- Green Olive at Red Hill
- Red Hill Estate
5-minute drive from the house is the majority of the wonderful wineries this area has to offer:
- Epicurean Centre
- Pig and Whistle Pub
- Red Hill Gourmet Grocer
- Ashmore Maze
- Olive Grove
10-minute drive to a number of beaches: Dromana and Rye down one side, and Merricks, Balnarring and Flinders Beach down the other. Golf courses are a similar distance.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date, you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night, and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
Well-behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds, and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.
