サザンクロス駅から徒歩10分、トラムの駅まで3分程度と交通至便。メインストリートから少し入った所なので静か。毎年AO観戦に使っています。

ホテルでもくつろぐ人向き
25階のバーで夜景を楽しめます。22時閉店なのでお早めに。ホテルの入口も22時で外から見えない木の扉が閉まります。チェックインの際に説明されてなくて、ちょっと焦りました。部屋はツインを選択。広々して部屋でゆっくりくつろげます。

The bar at the hotel during the Grand Prix is close at 10:30, make no business sense. That is bad news for the tourist. No reding lamps at the bad.

We had a great stay and loved the pool. This is my favourite Melbourne Hotel by far.

The good : Hotel is new and the rooms are great, it's in a central area so really handy as I was working around the corner. The bad : Trains run past the hotel and they are pretty noisy from 5am even though I was pretty high on the 19th floor. Hotel wouldn't provide room service past 9.30pm, even though I called at 9.28 saying they couldn't put food through. Jet lagged and hangry not great. Food was provided with a frozen coke the next night and exploded everywhere. On a call and do not disturb on but team kept knocking to change sheets. Appreciate the effort but that's why you have a do not disturb. Travel a lot and stay in way too many hotels and this is my first bad review so may say something.

The pillows & bed was very comfortable. Though the room was a little dirty & noisy also bathroom door was really hard to open & close. Restaurant was great! Service was lovely

Se ond time staying here and i recommend it. Great views from the 25th floor bar. Try to get a room higher up or on the opposite side to the train.

Excellent experience in every area. In particular the bar/restaurant upstairs with great views and food/cocktails. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was an average place to stay and the pool was good but I was surprised that the room wasn't super clean, the room was quite basic, and the view was disappointing despite all the advertising. The lack of cleanliness was really disappointing - the sheets weren't changed in three nights, amenities were missing on the first night, it was dusty in the room, all pillow cases weren't not clean, the shower had the drain piece missing when I got in which looked dangerous. Service was friendly and helpful but I am quite disappointed by the hotel in general especially after paying a premium price.

The room was ready early, the valet service was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. Decor was stylish and quaint. Lachlan at the front desk was exceptional.
