Newly renovated 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home located on the 3rd hole of Crane Creek Golf Course.
Featuring upgraded finishes, Pool (*heated for $25/day), large kitchen, and beautiful outdoor space. Perfect for large families or groups seeking a home with ample space & entertainment for their group. Conveniently located near Downtown Melbourne, local shopping & minutes away from beaches. Less than 20 miles from USSSA Space Coast Complex.


Perfect family/group home participating in USSSA Sports Complex tournaments. Short 19 miles/26 minute drive to Viera.

Pool may be heated for $25/day.

Includes The Following
Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, coffee pot, All bedding, linens, pillows and towels.

Fun Items: Beach/Pool towels, beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, board games, propane grill.

It has taken me a few days to write this review because I just cannot find the words to describe how wonderful this house and the property owners were for our stay. The property owners were always quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful in anyway they could be to help make our stay the best it could be. The house is beautiful, extremely well stocked and accommodated our family gathering of 10 with room for more, if needed. We even brought my parents dog, and there was plenty of room for her. The pool was an additional bonus, especially during the Florida summer. We were there celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary and for my great nephew’s baseball tournament and it was so nice to return back to the house at the end of the day and it felt like home. We were all so comfortable there and speaking of comfortable. I cannot tell you how amazingly comfortable the beds were. The owners have thought of everything to make sure that their home felt like you’re home. They even provided recommendations to great restaurants, one was Melbourne Seafood Station, they have by far, the best fresh seafood we have ever had in the price was very affordable. The house is just a few minutes from the beach, but not in a busy tourist area. The community is nice, quiet and relaxing, besides backing up to a golf course for any golf lovers. I have already started recommending this house to my friends and family, and we will be sure to stay again. Thank you for the great memories.

Melbourne stay for USSSA Tournament

It was a wonderful stay. Looked just like pictures and was well stocked with necessities and things for all age groups of kids to do. Highly recommend. We were there for baseball in Viera and house was only a short distance away

This home is in a great location as we needed to be close to family. It’s very spacious and the open floorplan does allow for families to be comfortable without being in each other’s way. The home was also very well equipped with everything that was needed. From flavorful seasonings to beach towels! We did use the pool but would strongly suggest marking the depths of the pool on all sides as there are none and one end of the pool is very deep. Also consider to add drain holes outside of the pool and a safety mesh for families with young children. The bedroom on the side of the washer/dryer doesn’t get as cool as the other bedrooms but that’s due to one AC unit. The owners are very professional and responsive when contacted. My gecko friends visited me nightly on the outside of the main bathroom window-it’s Florida right?! Book this-you won’t be disappointed!

House was beautiful and very roomy, came with everything you would need. Beds were comfy and water pressure in showers were awesome. Patio and pool were beautiful, pool was actually really deep which is nice when you have older kids. We plan on doing this again and would definitely stay here.

Great Home!

Really loved this home. The layout of the whole house was great with the open floor plan and updated kitchen. We all felt very much at home. Loved the pool! The golf course is closed for renovations so we had a lot privacy. KC is a great communicator.

Our Stay was wonderful! The pool was a great way to cool down. The house has plenty of room. Provides a lot of privacy for everyone. The living room is large and comfy. The island in the kitchen is large with additional seating. The space was perfect for our family.

Softball Spring Break Games

Great place to stay! A few parents stayed here to watch our college daughters play softball at Space Center Complex. Great place. Roomy for all of us and close enough to the fields and to the girls rentals. House had everything we needed. Was very clean and hosts were great. Thank you! Family wedding

This property was an absolutely perfect location. I had myself and 2 of my sisters stay here for the weekend. We had a family wedding at a venue about 2 miles from here. Everything was perfect from plenty of room for all us women and shampoo/conditioner is provided in each bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with pans and even some condiments. A regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig is in the home. The pool was great size and clean. Gorgeous view of the golf course. I do have to say that while on a small weekend getaway, we would prefer not to be waken by the neighbor's yappy dog at 6 a.m. All weekend. Of course, the property was wonderful and that would be our only complaint. Would recommend.

An Absolute Gem

We stay in Florida every year for our world softball tournament, this is by far, the best house we have ever stayed at. It’s super spacious, very clean, quiet neighborhood, nice pool, kitchen is well stocked, plenary of towels and wash cloths and the host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. For all your families need

Spacious great place to stay!

We loved the property. There was plenty of room for all of our guests to have an actual bed to sleep on. The pool and outdoor area was a plus on the trip as well. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of needing - which came in handy when riding out Hurricane Ian. Would definitely recommend to any group of 12-14 people :)

We loved the roominess of the house, the pool, and that Andy was easy to reach for any questions. Plus, it wasn't far to the beach. It was nice for my 91-year-old mother-in-law too. There was only one small step to get into the house, and she had a walk-in shower. The house had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. But my favorite area was out back. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the pool. We enjoyed our stay here VERY much. Thank you.

This property was amazing for our group! The house was clean and amenities were wonderful! Lots of space to spread out. Our family enjoyed the pool and even went to play a round of golf on the course right beside the home! Easy access to stores and restaurants. The beach was just a few miles away.
