繁華街から離れてはいましたが、近くにスーパーもあり、それ程不便を感じませんでした。バスタブがあるとの記載にこのホテルにしたのですが、実際はシャワールームが2つあるだけで残念でした。それ以外は部屋の広さも十分で、乾燥機も部屋にあり快適でした。

清掃と建物メンテナンス？(欠陥？)以外は問題ないです
メルボルン1週間の滞在で初めてショートステイアパートメントを借りました。 立地よく、近くにスーパーやカフェあり、シティーにも歩けて行けます。 滞在期間中車を借りてたので、駐車場も借りましたが、駐車場のゲートが壊れて開かなくなるアクシデントがありました。 後は、掃除が行き届いていないのか、テレビ台の下のに腐ったイチゴが２つ落ちたままでした。 すごい奥にあったわけではなく、ソファーに座ると見える位置だったのでその辺は掃除機かけずにスルーしてるのかなと思いました。4日目に明日掃除に伺いますとレセプションから部屋に電話がありましたが、結局掃除が入る事はなく滞在終わりました。 最後に、アパートの建物内でも風の通りがすごいので、部屋入口のドアの下の隙間は常に重りを置いて風通しをシャットアウトしないとうるさくて寝れないので注意です。

素晴らしい施設、ただしチェックインか煩雑
素晴らしい施設で、滞在には何の問題もありませんでした。標準的な調理道具に加えて塩胡椒まで用意されていました。 ただし、チェックイン時にどの建物に泊まれば良いのかの説明がなく、表示されている住所と実際に利用するアパートの住所が異なる点はマイナス。

高層マンションの部屋を一時借り
眺めもロケーションもよかった。駐車場は完備、徒歩圏に小さなスーパーもトラム駅もあり、CBDにも近い。セキュリティも安心。ただ、高速の出入り口に近いところにあり、CBDからは川を渡るし通行できない道もあるためか、土地勘がない中で到着するのがむずかしかった。車の際は周辺の詳細な道路事情を調べてから行くことが必要。また、ルームサービスは７日に1回しかなく、それ以上の頻度は別途注文のうえ有料とのこと。バスタオルの洗濯や、シャンプーを買い足すことや、ベッドメーキング、簡単な掃除は自分で行った。ホテルとしてのサービスを期待するというより、短期滞在の快適な部屋を借りた、という感じなので、旅先までそれらがおっくうに感じる人には不向き。食事をとるレストランも併設されていない。洗濯機・キッチンなどは完備。

住みやすくて便利なホテル
ブルームボール（アイスホッケーに似たスポーツ）の大会出場の為に、家族で滞在。 とても快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機が完備しているので、試合で使用したユニフォームなどの洗濯も夜間にでき、試合に集中できました。 食器類や調理器具も充実、大変助かりました。 セキュリティーも万全で、安心して生活が出来ました。

가족끼리 왔는데 좋습니다. 무료트램존에서 10분정도 걸어야하긴 하지만 멀지는 않구요. 오는길도 위험하지 않아요. 주위에 이런 숙박형 아파트가 많은곳에 위치합니다. 지은지 오래되지 않아 숙박시설도 깨끗하고 저희방은 뷰도 좋네요.멀리 바다가 보여요. 직원들이랑 트러블도 없고요. 체크인도 일찍 해줘 편했습니다. 물론 케리어 보관도 해줍니다.

The only thing I would do differently next time is ask that we have an apartment not facing all the others as I had to have the blinds closed most of the time because you are like in a fishbowl. There are plenty of apartments that would not face into others just would need to ask and maybe pay a bit extra

Loved the apartment and location was perfect. The pool was nice and gym was ok for a short workout. Check in was easy but would be good to know that if you arrive after 9pm what the arrangements are to collect the key. I arrived in time but was worried as my flight was delayed and got an email to notify me the key would be left in a lockbox which was good but be handy to know this when booking. Enjoyed my stay can not fault anything and staff were polite and helpful and efficient

2 night city stay
Stay at the apartment in Balston Street which are only a couple of years old. We had an apartment on the 29th floor which was very well equiped with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (lovely big showers) loads of extra bedding, towels, dinnerware for 6 and cooking utensils. Also had a washer and dryer! Undercover secure parking was on $25 a night which is great value for the city. Tram stop 58 which takes you to the city trams stops (Burke St) was basically across the road and there was also a supermarket and great pizza shop 5 min walk. Would highly recommend staying here.

Not enough shelf/storage space in bathroom, apart from the single sinktop, there is NOWHERE to put ones toiletries. We booked in for 5 nights, and had 1 pack each of small shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, we had to walk to another building, albeit close by, to ask for more. Toilet paper poor quality, disappointing when premises skimp on these things, comes across as cheap & second-rate. No air con in bedrooms (small fan provided in wardrobes) if the bedroom window is opened for air, all of the city sounds flood the room.
