Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place with four minutes walk to Capelsound beach. Perfect beach for families with young children to paddle board, kayak etc. Central location with walking distance to Capel sound shops and restaurants, three minute drive to rosebud shopping centre

The home has a master bedroom with a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite, second bedroom with a triple bunk, third bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom complete with a full kitchen.

Please note Strictly no Schoolies groups! or parties as this is a quiet family area.

Renovated , clean house

The house was exceptionally clean. It has been updated with white clean , beachy decor. The beds were very comfortable. Great having the airconditioner in lounge and bedrooms.Great having an ensuite and another bathroon.

A nice house tucked away but only a short walk to the beach. Had lost things you would need for a weekend away. The garage space was a great addition.

Comfy, cozy and convenient

We stayed at the house for almost 2 weeks and Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful. We travelled from overseas but Sam was accommodating and informative to make our lives a little easier despite jetlag! The house was kitted out with everything we required for a longer stay, and for the cooler weather. It was a lovely quiet location with shops and the tastiest souvlaki nearby. The beach is just a few minutes walk and is spectacular. Accommodation is highly recommended...a stunning part of Victoria with so much to do!

Great trip

This property is absolutely amazing. It is in a quiet street (a very pretty street), close to the beach and small set of shops close by. This house is modern, set up beautifully with everything you could need. 100 percent would recommend. Sam was extremely helpful and responded promptly. I highly recommend.

Home away from home.

We will be back. What a great location, a small pocket of the busy neighbourhood bypassed by developers. Lots of bird life amongst the trees and no tar sealed street but a lovely, clean, fresh home with a new, large bathroom, wheelchair suitable awaits you. Kitchen utensils were quite limited, but have no doubt that that will be rectified. A hidden gem.

It was a bit hard finding the place because of the road and its a bit noisy at night because of busy traffic on the roads next to the property.
