"Overall it was a decent place to stay but there were a few issues. The day of checkin I received a call from the cleaner saying they lost the TV remote and would have a new one dropped off which they did but without batteries which didn't help. The description of the apartment had laundry listed but upon check in we realized there was no machines but hoockups, so obviously at one point there was laundry but the listing was never updated. "The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. Easy access from the hotel to restaurants and shopping. My only issue was the quality breakfast - everything but the waffles was pre-packaged (muffins, instant oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches. I ended up eating at the iHop next door"

"Overall, our stay was good. We stayed on a cold and damp Easter weekend (arrived April 3rd and left April 6th) so I wanted to start a fire in the fireplace, but notice the fireplace was filled with ashes and had to remove those ashes before starting our fire. The fireplace had a glass door on the front of it, but the glass was severely blacked from many uses and once the door was closed, you could not see the fire. I tried to clean the black soot of the glass, but it would not come off. The owner does provide firewood, but it is very old and rotten. The owner does have good firewood but that is locked up for emergency use, in case they have a power outage and the wood is needed for heat. Other than the fireplace, the rest of the home was clean when we arrived.I love to cook, so we ate in for most of our meals. I would suggest to the owners to update their cookware, the cooking pans are old and handles are cracked.The master bedroom is very comfortable with a large bed, TV and fireplace. This home is located in a beautiful area...peaceful and quiet. Was it worth the 900 we spent for 3 nights...maybe not."

"Yes, fresh breakfast items everyday but same breakfast pretty much each day. We stayed for 4 nights. The property is due for renovation. Walls have cracks. We also had to change our room once since the original one reeked. Pool's OK, but no lifeguard and it's pretty deep on one end!"
