「三週間程前の予約で、五つ星ホテルの選択肢が他になかった為、当ホテルを選択。 スタッフのフレンドリーさは偏りがなく素晴らしかった。 何も言わなかったのに、チェックイン時に赤ちゃん連れだと判断し、ベビーベッドを入れてくれていた。 レストランスタッフも気が利いていて素晴らしい。 すれ違うスタッフ皆、挨拶を欠かさなかった。 赤ちゃん連れにも非常に親切。 シャワーの水圧も強く、シャワーヘッドも外れるのが良かった。 残念だったのが、バスルームの清掃が行き届いていないこと。 バスタブに立ち、たまたま壁の隅にシャワーがかかったら、黒い垢がボロボロ落ちてきて気持悪るかった。 大抵のホテルの風呂清掃は、スプレーなどを吹きかけて、拭いて終わりというのは知っているが、あれでもうホテルの風呂恐怖症になりそうだ。 また、レストランが３つしかなく、長い滞在では飽きてしまうだろう。 ただし、ビーチがすぐ側なので、ビーチ沿いのレストランも気軽に利用できる。 ホテル内のどのレストランでも、ディナータイムのドレスコード遵守は必須。」

「プール・プールサイドの施設が整っている他、部屋も広くてバルコニーもあり、快適である。 またTenerife Sur空港からも20kmあまりと近く、タクシーでもレンタカーでもアクセスが良い。 スパやショッピングモール、複数のレストランなどの施設もホテル敷地内に完備している。　」

「プールで浮き輪禁止など若干制約があるものの全体としてファミリーでのステイに最適です。」

「サービス、施設は非常に良い。フロント、レストラン、スパの係の方はみんな笑顔で親切な対応だった。ビュッフェの食事は飽きることが多いが、毎日、スペイン料理の日、バーベキューの日など変化があり飽きることがなかった。コテージに宿泊したが、屋外ジャグジーが良かった。唯一の難点は室内の翌日にお湯を貯めると金属か砂のようなものが溜まること。総じて、よかった。」

「Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel.」

「12月24日-26日にstudioに宿泊。　 部屋は非常に広くきれいで長期滞在者用に食器が充実しており、大きな冷蔵庫もあります。 ベランダと非常に小さいプールがあり、プールは共用。　 時期のせいだとも思いますが宿泊した部屋は陽当たりが悪く、ベランダは寒いのでプールは利用しませんでした。　逆側の部屋（恐らくもう少しランクの高い部屋）は非常に陽当たりがよさそうで、少し奮発すればよかったとも思いました。 朝食のビュッフェは充実した内容でどれもおいしかったです。　また、２Fのレストランを夜に利用しましたが、夜景もきれいで味も良かったと思います。 周辺の五つ星ホテルのエントランスがクリスマスで盛大に飾られているのに比べると簡素でしたが、その分部屋が広く充実しており、私たちのニーズに非常に合っていて満足でした。 」

「We booked a river villa and it was an absolutely incredible space - so serene and relaxing, with beautiful stylish furniture, nice amenities and lighting. All the staff were absolutely incredible to us - kind, positive, helpful. It was one of the best five star hotels I’ve ever stayed at.」

「Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

「We visited as a family and loved the resort. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and resort amenities were fantastic. Location provided great access to beaches and boardwalk as well as restaurants and stores.」

「Great apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The pool bar served lovely food and drink at reasonable prices and all the staff were friendly.」

「Très bel hôtel, avec des jardins vraiment magnifiques et une proximité très agréable avec la plage et la promenade en bord de mer. Chambre très belle également. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien.」

「Had a very relaxing break here. Lovely surroundings. Amazing food. Very friendly staff. No kids which is nice for some well need peace and quiet for a change!」

「コンシェルジュの対応はとても良かったが、全体的に人員不足。フロント、ドアマンなどが一、二名しかおらず、年末年始の混雑シーズンということもあり、対応してもらうまでの待ち時間が長かった。食事は感動こそ無いが、満足のいくレベル。Wi-Fiの速度が10-12MBと遅く、要改善。」
