"my check-in was troublesome, as the reciption was not able to find my resarvation, that he did after 10 or 15 minutes. Rest of the staff was quite friendily but as they have their own 'travel agency' it seems to me that on one was willgly direct me to a sport.... instead they direct me to their 'agency' but I don't mind going there again if I go to Madurai again."

"would like to state the experience was terrible , firstly they dont have enough parking space to unload luggage , dingy entrance and Hotel is located on 2 Nd Floor , it was never mentioned in Website , No One to help us to carry our luggage to Hotel , Room was Compact and full of mosquitos in the Night , Airconditioning was very poor , Breakfast though mentioned free which was included in the Room Rent , was limited only , no choice , what was served only you need to consume , check out time 11...

"Our early arrival was communicated but they refused blindly ,at early morning. I came with my kids & guess it was due to online booking they showed no interest in makjng arrangement! Since we paid in full , we came back to stay .An elderly person who attended at 5th floor was kind & that alone should have forgotten our ordeal ..."
