"Madrid is a busy night life town. If you are not used to hearing sirens all night, Madrid is not the place to stay. On the top floor, we had a beautiful room with private bathroom in this hostel hotel, but the street but the noise was loud. Perfectly situated next to the train station if you're relying on train transportation. The staff was wwrm, inviting and super helpful!"

"We only stayed one night to catch up a flight next morning, so not many observations. Overall it is good, though we did find stain in bed sheet. We did not raise it because just a night - we covered it with a towel."

"My experience at Hyatt was exceptional from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful, modern atmosphere, immaculate accommodations, and warm hospitality. The room was beautifully maintained, and the amenities added to the overall experience. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional, making guests feel genuinely valued and appreciated. And the coffee deserves a special mention! As someone who appreciates a great cup of coffee, I was impressed by the quality. It’s those little touches that make a stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the property. Hyatt understands that exceptional hospitality goes beyond a beautiful room. It’s about creating a welcoming, comfortable experience that makes guests want to return. Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very spacious with a very large bed. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good selection of meat, cheese and various cereals and pastries!! Of course the usual juices, teas and coffee. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor bar/patio. Location wise the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Trevi fountain. There are also a few good bars and restaurants nearby. Whilst it is outside the busiest areas this makes it a quieter location despite the usual police and ambulance sirens, but then that’s just Rome !"
