「Very helpful staff and service. They upgraded our room for FREE with a ton of extra space and a nice view of the sea. Me and my partner had a flight the next day and didn’t want to carry our luggage with us around all day. They accommodated us by letting us keep our luggage safe with them. Walking distance to all the popular places of Kadikoy and just very great experience with their service in general. 」

It's located on the Asian side of Istanbul, about a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, and in a shopping district, so I didn't have any trouble finding food.The staff welcomed us with smiles. I guess I checked in early, and they let me choose a room with a nice view. There was free coffee, chai, and mineral water, so there was no need to buy drinks. I booked a room with a panoramic view, so it was the best room with a panoramic view of the sea and town....

"Stayed for the last two nights in Istanbul. Within 10min walk to Metrobus station heading for Gayrettepe. Good access to the airport though it's located in the Asian side. 20min walk to Kadikoy area. The hotel itself is 'Holliday Inn', everything is good enough but not great. We enjoyed the sray, no complaints."
