Medina Toy & Train Museum

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great.

Took forever to check in. Room smelled like mold and we were itching all night. Had to triple check that we didn't have bed bugs. Still not sure we didn't. Asked for a warmer blanket & had to call back to the desk over an hour later because it was never brought to us. Then asked if I was going to come get the blanket & I said if I have to, but I'd prefer not to, since I had to ask twice. Definitely not worth the price I paid for the room. Not very happy about that. We use hotels often and have never been so dissatisfied. I'm going to reach out and ask for a refund for the room. First time ever for us asking for a refund. That's how bad it was
