「Nice」

「大人2人、子供３人で予約したのに、クイーンベッドが２つしかない部屋だった。 また、ハイシーズンだったため、ホテルの内容と比べると宿泊料が高すぎた。 周辺にレストランが何もないので注意。（サブウェイとマクドナルド等があるだけ）」

「Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were not great. Property is quite a way away from the beach and downtown Pentwater.」

「Well the breakfast choices were the same thing every day. The coffee was not hot and needed to be placed in the microwave to warm it up. Sausage every day. No bacon. The counter where waffles were made was not kept clean! We purchased some bakery goods to have something different the next day and they were full of bugs when we got up and had to throw. $50 worth of goods away. So not a happy customer. No we did not say anything to the management as we were leaving that day.」

「The rooms are very nice but not the cleanest. The arcade is a nice option to have on site and also includes a few vending machines. The pool area is very nice, but make sure there is towels before getting wet! Always seem to be out when I visit. The hot tub is relaxing, however the last two visits, the jets have been broke! 「Booked through Expedia on Tuesday, bought insurance, canceled on Wednesday. I will not be getting a refund because the place of business does not answer my calls or Expedia's calls. I am out nearly $200. because someone is not doing their job. Never again!!!!」

「施設自体は歴史のある建物だそうで、たしかに古き良きアメリカの素敵なお屋敷というイメージです。中は落ち着くステキなインテリアで飾られ、お部屋はとっても清潔で目立つ汚れが一切ありません。また、ホストの方もとても親切です。そして一番オススメしたいのは、朝食です。宿泊したらぜひ食べてください！！」

「Not worth the price; pool broken, breakfast is fair and small area for alot of people, sometimes 20 people in line, bed was a marshmallow with a slant. Hair dryer onwall been broken for awhile, but front desk has plenty to hand out if you come to the desk. Loud hotel, children running up and down hall at midnight ( 2 nights). Landscape is very poor with overgrown weeds and areas with trash. Seems hotel is getting premium for rooms so why improve anything.」
