Wonderful place to stay

This condo was perfect for our stay. Close to our friends and the activities in the area. It is clean, comfortable and has plenty of room. I intend to stay here next year when we return to the area.

A very pleasant setting.

An ideal little neighborhood tucked up against the lake. Back porch was perfect for morning coffee and a late night cocktail.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was just the two of us and we greatly appreciated the room to spread out. A cute little back porch with a view was very nice for morning coffee. We also think the price was very reasonable.

Great place, quiet and comfortable

Everything was great minus the gnats that miraculously get into the residence and die, lol. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, coffee pot worked great. AC kept place cool, back porch was great. Very quiet neighborhood, felt safe during our stay.

Great Location For Golf

The place was just as described. It is in a great location for to play golf at the Tara & Monticello golf courses. Communication with the owner was wonderful, timely, and informative. I would recommend this place to have a nice quiet getaway, or a 3-4 person golf getaway.

Long weekend

Our stay here was just right! Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, even though it was just two of us. Very clean rental throughout. Kitchen was well equipped, living room was comfortable as were the beds. Loved the sunroom! All around a great space!

Event at Clark Hill State Park

Nice 2 bedroom-2 bath accomodations minutes from Lake Thurmond and Clarks Hill State Park in Georgia. Everything was clean and the unit was fully furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for our family. We had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for a group of 10! The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s close to a convenience store and only 6-7 miles from McCormick if you need a grocery store. We’re looking forward to returning!

Overall it was ok for what we needed. Great location, quiet, & comfortable. The kitchen floor could use a good mopping. It was pretty sticky. Very easy to check in & out.

Savannah River SC State Park Weekend

Our plan for the weekend was to visit the five state parks from Hamilton Branch to Sadler Creek. Due to Hurricane Helene, the three near Mccormick were closed. The townhouse was very nice. We plan to return next year when the parks reopen.

Great location

While staying here, we worked remotely and found the internet speeds to be reliable. We prepared most of our meals using the available appliances, including an oven, toaster oven, and microwave. Every day, I enjoyed a walk down to the dock for some fresh air and always felt safe doing so, even when walking alone. The combo lock was a convenient feature, eliminating the need to keep track of a key.

Very nice, pretty area

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Lincolnton where we were attending a Bluegrass Festival. We were there only at night, but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything was in working order. We ate a yummy meal at El Sombrero in Lincolnton. We also drove through the two nearby State Parks-they were really pretty as well. When we are in the area again next year, we hope and plan to stay in the townhome again.

Nice Condo for Weekend at SLV

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday celebration held at the SLV clubhouse. It was crowded at her house and this worked out perfectly for us. Condo has plenty of room, 2nd bedroom has two single beds so a family could enjoy it. Check in was painless, owner provided the code well in advance. Towels and linens provided, bring your own soaps and shampoo. Overall a great experience.

Labor Day Getaway

Great long weekend at the lake! The property was close to all the things we enjoy - the Savannah Lakes Marina, Back Paddle Brewing, and fishing within walking distance. Perfect place for a family of four as a base camp for all our outdoor activities. Quiet, clean, and comfortable home. Owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the keypad. Thanks for the memories!
