"Hotel was conveniently located for my visit. Room was very clean and had plenty of space. All hotels could benefit from more hooks in bathroom and as you come in the room to hang stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"This was a quick one night stay. We arrived quite late and the gentleman at the counter was very descriptive as to where to go as well as how to keep the “old school magnetic” key to work. Implying that it couldn’t be anywhere near a cellphone. I totally get it but it didn’t require a 45 second explanation as to why their key cards are inferior. It made me wonder what the room was going to be like. Truthfully, I was very surprised at how nice it was. It had a nice separation between the couch and the bed/bedroom. We had a king bed as opposed to two twins. It was perfect. It was also very reasonably priced. $115 on a Friday night literally booked at 9:30 pm. It’s usually typically very pricey Monday through Thursday because people stay here when they come in for CDW whose corporate headquarters are right next door. Loved the stay. Thanks Indigo! "

"This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."

"The staff here is excellent - very well trained, professional, personable, helpful, caring - a real plus. The room is spacious and comfortable. The fitness center equipment needs some maintenance and TLC - otherwise, it is good."

"Mold in the shower, room heat/ac constantly blew some sort of dust and debris into the air. Only two smallish bath towels for two people - minimal at best. Breakfast was also sparse and I hope you like a parcooked egg thing that didn’t qualify for the omelet name it was given. That’s the best way to state the condition of the room and property - minimal at best. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn. "
