House keeping was not done for two days. Butches steak house was a joke. Everything was cold and the wait staff could care less. A lot of the staff just seemed to be bothered or just angry. One plus was the French restaurant. This was actually a great restaurant and staff were very friendly as well as the Monkey Bar was very good as well

We had a wonderful time at Royal Sandals. The staff were friendly and so accommodating. The rooms were clean and on the club level the rooms are updated. The food was ok there is room for improvement in some of the restaurants. The pizza was good just wish they would have that station reopen for late night snacks. The resort grounds were beautifully managed, the only downside was they didn’t clean the beach area. It was full of sargassum. But other then that it is a beautiful resort

The room servicing was poor. The first day our room was not cleaned at all! Not even the evening service arrived to turn down the bed that was never made. they came next morning and when we got back from the beach I had to complain about the lack of large bath towels which had not been replaced nor the bath mats. Only one toilet roll instead of two and the box of tissues was empty. the towels arrived just as we were going out having already had our showers. The mattress was a bit saggy not the best quality. We paid extra 470$US a day for a Butler as I have mobility issues and cannot walk too far. We were never told that there were no buggies and the Butler couldn't drive the few that could have been available. We never got the afternoon snacks we were promised and when I asked the Butler why, she said that we were asleep when they were delivered. Surely they could have been delivered at a different time. A lot of people have an afternoon siesta especially at our age!! We stayed at Sandals in St. Vincent and we had snacks delivered twice a day. I have to say I found our Lady Butler verging on unpleasant. On the whole the food was good apart from Kimono where the food was not so great. The chef did not put on the usual show and the chicken small dry inedible pieces. Lunch at Neptune was really not good at all. The Linguini was way over cooked and soggy and my Bresaola pannini was pastrami. Soy, Bombay and La Parisienne were excellent. We did not have time to sample Butches.

The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean, comfortable large size rooms. Staff were great everywhere throughout the resort. Loved the variety of restaurants and the food was so good. There was an unique signature cocktail at each restaurant at night which was very good too. Nightly entertainment gave us something to do to end the day. The onsite bowling lanes were fun too. Very happy we chose Royal Barbados.

Typically we do not frequent an all inclusive resort as we are not volume consumers of food or alcohol. There were some high notes here. The French restaurant and the steakhouse were good with some drinkable wines.

Upon arrival the check-in was extremely slow. Since we booked through Expedia we were not treated as regular guest who book directly thru Sandals and yet we paid alot for our stay at Sandals Royal. We were not given the room I paid for. Which was a hideaway lagoon room away from pool view at the Royals side. Some of the restaurants the food was not what is expected from Sandals. The beach was very rough and not safe. We couldn’t do any of the water activities that were included. Overall not a great all inclusive experience. I will never stay at Sandals again anywhere else. Our experience at the Sandals in Jamaica was much better. Spend ur money somewhere else!!!

This was my first and last experience with Sandals. I've been to a few all inclusives and this one does not compare, unfortunately. It was not immersive to the culture. We could've stayed anywhere and not know we were in Barbados. Music on the property was country music. I can get that at home. Hours are limited, such as room service whereas all inclusives are usually 24/7 service. Service was also very very slooooow. Food was of good quality, but drinks were not well made and though they were friendly, you can tell the staff was unwilling and again, very slow. We knew once we sat down, it would be an hour before we got our food. There was no going the extra mile. Pastries were also very stale and not good. Property needs updating and for paying so much, inclusions should be more readily available. Seemed like a waste of money. Also, property is nothing like the pictures at all.

Es gibt an diesem Hotel und der Anlage überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Das Personal ist sowieso sehr zuvorkommend und ist stets bemüht jeden (Sonder)-Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die anderen Gäste waren ebenfalls allesamt sehr angenehm und wirklich niemand ist in irgendeiner Weise negativ aufgefallen, ganz im Gegenteil. Und der Strand und das Meer - einfach nur sagenhaft! Somit war der Urlaub ein absoluter Volltreffer und jeden Cent wert.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, jede einzelne zimmerkomplex mit eigenem Pool, eigener Bar und Restaurant. Bei uns (St. Lawrence House) war es traumhaft ruhig, aber auch für Animation ist gesorgt.

We were put in quarintine for the first 3 days.Only because my husband decided not to have his body injected with a test cure for covid. We were not put in the room that we paid for. We were to have ocean/ pool view. We had a view of a hut. That's it. We had to order all food in and on most part it showed up very cold or very dried up. One day it was 9 hours before food even showed up. It was like we were being punshied for spending thousands of our hard earned money. What hurt most was have tracking devices put on us. We felt like criminals. We finally got moved to a ocean/ pool view on the night before we had to leave only because our air conditioner burn up in our room. They were going to charge us for that until I said I did'nt break the air conditioner. All in all we were very unsatified with the whole ordeal. The couples we brought with us weren't to happy about this either. This was our second trip to this resort. We bragged it up pretty good before we got there.
