Just 4 minutes up the Napier–Taupō Highway, you’ll find easy access to conveniences including Z Service Station, Popeyes, Burger King, Starbucks, Subway, a French bakery, and a French café – with a McDonald’s opening soon. Yet despite the convenience, the only sounds likely to interrupt your peace are the gentle calls of chickens, sheep, or cows from the surrounding farmland.
You may also be greeted by a well-behaved dog and a friendly cat who share the property. They are much-loved pets who keep to themselves but are always happy to say hello.
Enjoy stunning views of Mt Tauhara and rolling rural landscapes, soak up the sun from morning through noon, and take advantage of the property’s space and tranquility.

Parking: 2 x off street parking, including boat parking. There is no guest access to a garage.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide hotel-quality, professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
