Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. "A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages. "Do not stay here! The plumbing didn’t work, the apartment smelled like mold, and turning on the kitchen sink caused water to spray out of the pipes. There was only one small fan, so the room was unbearably hot. Overall, a very disappointing stay."
