「We requested a room change on arrival as we were over looking a rusted metal roof top! Vineet spoke to reception and sorted it for us. All staff are always helpful. Yangsong, Leela, always went over and above to help. Shiva, the head of food and beverage, the deputy front desk manager who arranged our taxi, even the GM, all so approachable! 「Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. 「Really sweet spot just off the beach up a commerce alley. Jishnu the host was very nice and helpful with getting comfortable. Hot shower if you want it - but I’ve learned to love taking cold showers here - and the bathroom was perfectly clean and well appointed. I will be back here at the Gypsy next year for sure.」
