Neues "Business" Hotel, für ein, zwei Nächte OK.

Neues großes Hotel, auf Business ausgerichtet. Zimmer ok, aber sehr schlicht. Groß genug wären sie für einen Sessel oder so, aber nix gemütliches zu finden. Bad OK, aber erste Schimmelspuren an den Fugen in der Dusche. Bei dem Klima nicht leicht zu vermeiden, für ein neues Hotel dennoch ungut. Personal freundlich, spricht überwiegend aber kaum Englisch. Pool nett, wenn wenig Betrieb kann man richtig schwimmen. (Der Safe ging bei mir nicht, die Anleitung taugte nix, so mussten zwei Leute kommen und fünf Minuten dran rumfummeln bis er ging, alles nicht so professionell wie es sein möchte). Frühstück gut, hauptsächlich indonesisch.

hotel yg strategis,kebersihan dan kenyamanannya bagus,hanya saja untuk sarapan di hotel makanannya agak kurang rasa mungkin perlu lebih di perbaiki, dan untuk kunci tiap kamar baiknya diberikan 2bh karena agak menyulitkan klau hanya 1bh supaya lebih nyaman jika 1 kamar diisi berdua atau lebih.

Comfortable hotel, great staff.

Great staff, included breakfast was better than what you'd expect. The signal for WiFi in our room was too weak, you'd either want a room closer to a router or use WiFi in lobby only. A little overpriced for Lombok, though.

Dissapointed

The first room we were shown,was not to standard and dirty, after refusing the room we were given another room which was clean and matched the description of the booked room. The swimming pool was very cold, if the hotel has rented the pool for a birthday party then do not expect to use it and if your room looks out over the pool expect screaming kids.Smoking seems to be allowed everywhere,including reception where you will be subjected to it whilst booking in.The one highlight was a surprise birthday cake for my wife brought to the room with singing staff!

Good for a stop over

This is a good hotel to have a one or two night stay. Not much in the area to see or do. We used this hotel as a stop over between the Gili Islands from the Airport. I would not plan a vacation here, but it was a good clean hotel for a single night sleep.

I enjoyed my week at Lombok Plaza. The staff and facilities were of a very high standard. The staff were able to assist promptly when required and were very friendly as well.

The hotel location is good. As we do not really speak the language, it is not that easy to get information from the hotel. Room is average with no view, you are looking into another wall.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

My three nights at the Lombok Plaza were relaxed as staff were very responsive to my needs and the level of noise minimal .

First of all, I want to say that the hotel room, the pool, restaurant and staff were nice. However, the area doesn't have much to do and it is quite far from the beach. We had little to no wifi signal in our room. I would also not consider this a four star hotel. This would have been a good business hotel to stay in.

롬복 문화유적 관광에 적합한 위치

휴양 컨셉 여향을 위한다면 위치가 뛰어난 편은 아닙니다. 승기기까지 차로 약 30분정도 가야합니다. 마따람을 중심으로한 문화유적 관광에는 적합한 위치입니다. (메루사원 도보가능) 호텔은 사진만큼 깨끗하진 않지만 지낼만합니다.

Comfortable and Modern

We loved our stay in Lombok Plaza Hotel. We chose the deluxe room for a little extra and it was well worth it. We had a large room with King bed and it was away from the noisy corridors and people traffic! The open stairs does make the upper levels noisy but we didnt hear any of that. The breakfast was a wonderful Indonesian mix and very healthy. Coffee good quality and delicious little sweets! The swimming pool says it is open between 7 am and 9 pm but they start cleaning at 7am so you cannot use it until 8am! And then they clean again before 9pm!! But over all the 20 meter pool was great when we could use it! Position of hotel is very central.

Good business hotel western standards

Only one night, but enough to realise that it was a 4* by Lombok standards but 3* in say Singapore. Good but very cold pool. Bed very comfortable. All staff good check in easy - even checked in at 11am Recommended for Mataram ( very similar to Denpasar ) close to shopping mall - don't bother. Supermarket next door.
