"Although the property isn't new, it is well-maintained. You can tell the rooms are in an older building, but they are in great shape—the room are very clean, everything is spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The service is good, and there is a varied, tasty food menu. There is a great tiki bar with live music every night from Friday to Sunday (which was when we stayed). It’s just a five-minute walk to the beach, which offers spectacular sunsets, and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby; if you prefer to go a little further afield, downtown Fort Myers is 25–30 minutes away with even more variety. There is a fantastic pool with a bar—it wasn't overcrowded during our stay—and I believe the property is undergoing renovations, as some rooms look updated from the outside. I recommend this place for a family getaway."

"I would give Michelle 6 stars if I could. Michelle went out of her way to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were happy and we were. The condo had everything you could need for making meals, going to the beach, playing games, some essentials for showering, air fryer, espresso machine. Everything you would have at home. The area was perfect. Epic sunsets from the balcony and on the beach. Local entertainment, tons of restaurants, shopping all easy to get to. We rent bikes for the week down the street at sun n fun. Our 17 yr olds rode them everywhere. They had some freedom to roam on their own in a safe environment. We will definitely be back!!"

"What a nice home! We easily had space for our entire family and having 2 kitchens made meal prep a breeze. The pool was amazing and being literally a block from the beach was super convenient. AC was ice cold on some very hot days, and the beds were comfy. Wilfredo was an attentive host and very responsive to our questions. Would absolutely recommend his home for a wonderful Fort Myers Beach vacation!"

"This is a great little house. Off the beaten path so it’s nice and quiet, but also close to the beach. Walking to the tourist area and restaurants is a bit of a hike in the hot summer sun, but is doable. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We were able to cook in a lot and save money. The outdoor propane grill was an added bonus. Communication was great, and we encountered no major issues. This is a shared location, but we couldn’t hear the folks on the other side of the house at all. The things I was not fond of: under the beds and other furniture looked hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while - dust bunnies, clothing, etc. And the primary bed was so uncomfortable to us. We ended up going to Walmart and buying a mattress topper to help. It did improve the situation and we left it there (not sure if it was thrown away by cleaners or not), but if you need one, Walmart has a decent one for about 35. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would keep this location in consideration for future visits. We felt safe and secure and felt secure about leaving some belongings outside when needed. Owners were very responsive and accommodating."
