「Great 3 day stay on the island - from pick up at the airport and boat transfer to the end of our stay everything was really well organised, very friendly helpful staff. Lovely large beach front chalet with balcony and sun loungers, very strong aircon and no mosquitos!! For an island I was expecting limited food quality but I was pleasantly surprised. Good local and Chinese food options, wine an drew fizzy drinks extra cost but not overpriced. The Spa was very good - new equipment in the small...

「This is an old a little run down but for transfer divers it is great . My dive resort offered to pick me up at the airport the next morning for free , I opted to pay a taxi driver 50RM , about $15 USD . So worth it because the town is fun at night , many local restaurants, many gift shops , even a place to exchange money . Massage was about $25 USD , legitimate massage . The seafest hotel is at the ideal spot but that was sold out . This one was perfect , I even had a great view of the water ....

「Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. 」

「Hôtel bien situé et plein de charme. La jetée avec départ direct pour les excursions est un vrai plus, cela évite de passer par la ville, et il est possible de réserver sur place. La possibilité de se baigner est appréciable, mais la mer est malheureusement assez polluée. Des filets ont été installés pour protéger les nageurs, ce qui est une bonne initiative, mais cela reste peu engageant visuellement. Nous avons été déçus par la gestion des excursions. Nous avions demandé à mettre une option...

「Very basic room with a hard bed and pillows. Could have been cleaner. Staff were friendly.」

「It had air conditioning and a hot shower. The room we booked was a twin room and there was plenty of room to open your bags. With that said, the stairwell was not fun to use because it was narrow and steep. Getting the bags up was a hassle. The power was out for most of a day, so that was pretty miserable to be in. The room was good enough for the price. You get what you pay for. 」
