「宿泊は普通です。ジャケットをクローゼットに忘れたのをチェックアウトのその日の夕方に連絡したらOK調べ取って置くとの返事でした。2日後に取りに行くと連絡して行ったが、その時にクローゼットを探し始め、ルームマーキングの人にコンタクトをする始末でした。出て来たら送りますとの事で、25日経っても連絡なし。対応したのはバーカウンターのお兄ちゃんでマネージャーらしき人は一度も顔を出さない。何かあった時の対応がゼロです。ニュージーランドの思い出が半減した。」

「We loved our stay at Leigh Family Bach! A spacious place the whole family could relax in. We loved the size of the 2 main bedrooms, great for teens! The extra room outside suited our older son and the bedroom off the kitchen suited hubby and I to a T. Great communication with Nigel. Holiday went off without a hitch! 」

「We had a wonderful stay, we were greeted so kindly by Robbie and Anette (Zac and Bonnie). The home was well equipped for us to make breakfast and lunch. The pull out sofa was easy to set up quickly also. So close to Snells Beach which was lovely during high tide and plenty of beaches nearby. We frequented the local bakeries and restaurants which were all conveniently nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 」
