気になった点 : 清潔度
The communication and flexibility with the host was good overall, especially with allowing us to pay an additional fee to accommodate a special request we had. I do wish the house was cleaner and in better shape. There were a lot of eye sores that were either not maintained properly (some ceiling light fixtures in most rooms missing or flicker often, refrigerator door occasionally wouldn’t stay closed all the way) or just didn’t work (appliances in kitchen - bar sink, dishwasher, ice machine, wine cooler). The pool and hot tub could’ve been a lot cleaner. The grass was not maintained in backyard. The downstairs master bathroom tub didn’t drain during my shower and it didn’t appear like main surfaces or the toilets were wiped down prior to arriving. I think for the price I paid (4,700 for three nights) that the property should’ve been in a much better state. We still had a nice long weekend, just wish it was slightly cheaper for what we got. Fortunately all these things are likely easy fixes. If the price was right, I would give the house another chance!
