Villa Birbante features a beautifully appointed outdoor area designed for socializing and relaxing under the open sky. There is a covered patio equipped with table and chairs and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven and a fully equipped barbecue area, which makes the perfect spot for al fresco meals.

The home is spread across multiple levels and features a bright and spacious living room equipped with double sofa bed, fire place, dining corner with table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is a light-filled, functional space designed for food lovers. With large windows that flood the room with natural light, it’s an inviting area for cooking and connecting. You'll find everything you need: a large fridge, oven, freezer, microwave, gas burners, and a coffee machine for your morning brew or an afternoon espresso break.

There are three generous double bedrooms, each with ample storage, one of the bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms only wc and sink; there are two additional bathrooms one with shower and the other with bath tub. Two of the bedrooms also enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding valley.

Please note that the last 400 meters to reach the villa the road is narrow and we suggest to have a regular size car. In case of arrival without a car the owner offers a shuttle service from the villa to the town center once a day, and on request
