Villa Eva is a splendid residence located in the village of Nerano in a privileged position overlooking the sea.
This villa offers a number of exceptional features that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

The villa has an outdoor swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days, overlooking the sea and the surrounding coast.

Outside the villa, you will find a comfortable barbecue, ideal for organizing barbecues and outdoor dinners. You can enjoy your dishes on the terrace, which offers an extraordinary panoramic view of the bay of Nerano and its surroundings.

Villa Eva has two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The rooms are tastefully furnished and offer comfort and privacy.

As you enter inside you will find a bright open space. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area with fireplace which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere when you prefer to eat inside. The living room leads to the panoramic balcony with sea view equipped with table and chairs.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and all useful appliances.
ln this area you will also find a very functional laundry room.

Neighborhood and surroundings:
The property is located not far from beautiful beaches with inviting seafood restaurants, a few beach clubs, a small grocery store and the possibility of combining great boat trips to Capri, Amalfi with the most hidden and spectacular coves of the coast. Sorrento is about 20 km away.

Rental rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation and the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 5 nights
Check-in from 15:00
Checkout within 10:00 am
Cleaning fee: € 200,00
Cot on request 50€ per stay

Extra costs to pay on arrival:
Refundable deposit: € 500 to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damages.
Tourist Tax: 3,00 Euros per person per day (from 18 years old onwards), from 1st April until 31st October.
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 50,00

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on our emergency contact which will be provided at the check-in.
We can give assistance and suggestions for any kind of interesting activities, such as excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences and much more.

Great Stay

Lovely villa and location. Couldn't have asked for anymore from it. Plenty of restaurants near by and in walking distance.
