Casa “2 Ulivi” is located only a short walk from the center of the village of Termini, which is the final stretch of the Sorrento Peninsula. From the terrace and the swimming pool there is an amazing view of the sea. This fine home is surrounded with olive and fruit trees. The front end of the house is truly blessed with a breathtaking view of the Isle of Capri, then the islands of Ischia and Procida, followed by the northern tip of the Gulf of Naples stretching all the way to Mount Vesuvius.
The small and nice village of Termini is only 300 meters away and there you will find quaint food shops, bar, bus stop, newsstand; Massa Lubrense center is only 5 kms away; Sorrento at about 10 kms; the Amalfi Coast at 18 kms. Not a great distance considering the location and the surroundings.
The famous bay of Marina del Cantone (pebble beaches and restaurants) is 9 kms away.

The home is sunny and spacious, solidly built, featuring exposed timber beams which add quite a nice rustic touch. Decorated with beautiful cotto tiling, it is furnished with a mix of country and vintage furniture. The open plan living room and dining rooms are a true treat, particularly in the winter as a large fireplace reigns the area; this area also includes a dining table set for twelve. For your cooking adventures, the kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, electric oven and dishwasher. Double bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace; first bathroom with shower; twin bedroom (can be made into a double); smaller twin bedroom; second bathroom with shower. Air conditioning/heating is included, sleeps:6

The front garden, paved in stone complete with lawn, is equipped with a small plunge pool (3x3m)
stone barbecue, outdoor table and chairs sun beds and a shower. A rooftop solarium offers further outdoor space and great views and sunsets which can only be left to the imagination. A must see!

THE VIEWS!!

If you like beautiful views of the Mediterranean and gorgeous sunsets, this is the place for you! Quaint, well-crafted, casa looking out right onto the Sorrento area. Close to so many restaurants and of course the beautiful Amalfi Coast, Positano, Capri and the beautiful Sorrento! Valerio was a wonderful caretaker - we can't say enough great about him!

Casa 2 Ulivi is a charming rustic house set high up in the hills with the most fantastic view of Capri, Ischia and the Bay of Naples. The garden is absolutely beautiful, so well cared for and completely private and peaceful. The roof terrace is a bonus! The house is within easy walking distance of the village which itself is charming. The people were very friendly and there are good restaurants and good walking straight from your front door. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but it was only 10 mins in the car to Marina del Cantone and Nerano, or less than half an hour to Sorrento. "Stunning sea views, ideal pool size, very relaxed stay" The views are stunning overlooking Capri and the outer Bay of Naples. After the busy crazy drive out along the Sorrento Peninsula, you will feel very relieved that you are now miles away from anywhere and well away from the crowded towns and resorts. The degree of peace and isolation was perfect. Pool is small but you need no more than this.House is also small but still cool in the hot weather and was all we needed for a family of 6. Excellent restaurant 5 min walk away. Great place for a real crash and relax holiday. ALL of the small seaside towns and fishing villages are overcrowded in peak of the season - so summer not great if you are looking for relaxed touring and ease of parking. Stay at the house, have a swim, read a book, sleep and eat well instead.Source: Holiday Lettings

Cette maison est magnifique ! Tout est beau dans les moindres details ! La literie est très bonne. La salle de bain est très agréable ! La cuisine donne sur la terrasse ! Le toit terrasse, le jardin fleuri et la petite piscine donnent sur une vue à couper le souffle ! Cette maison est un balcon sur l’odyssée d’Ulysse ! Le soir, les couchers de soleil sont inoubliables. L’accueil de Valerio et de Claudio est très chaleureux. Le bourg de Termini est à deux minutes à pied. La maison est facile d’accès en voiture avec un parking privé. Toute la famille recommande cette belle maison.
