Beautiful sea view with swimming pool
Villa Gabriella is positioned on the flank of the Annunziata promontory of Massa Lubrense, where Napoleon's General Joachim Murat conducted the victorious battle of Capri (1808), the property has traded its military importance for what is now on of the most romantic views of the Gulf and most amazing sunsets between the islands of Ischia and Procida.
The property is located in a consortium of 5 villas on 4 terraced levels, accessed from a private gated entrance with parking for two small cars. The property seats on the last three levels, comprised of two independant apartments and a very large garden with olive and lemon trees, BBQ area with dining table , shaded by a majestic Mediterranean pine tree , outdoor shower and a private swimming pool only for you (beach towels available, the pool is open from April 1 to Oct. 31, and at other dates upon request if feasible).
As you will walk down the stairs from the gate to the first of the two floors, you will face the breathtaking views over the Gulf of Naples, from Ischia to Mount Vesuvius and overlooking the fishermen's harbor of Marina della Lobra.
Both floors are bright, breezy apartments composed of one living room, two bedrooms (with Air Conditioning), 2.5 baths, kitchen and large terrace facing west out to sea. All rooms access the terrace and face the sea. Ideal for two families who want to spend time together while keeping their privacy when needed. The top floor also has a study den that opens to a sun drenched terrace with an outdoors shower.
Decoration on both floors is modern and refined, adorned with typical Vietri hand painted tiles to keep the genuine feel and look of the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast.
The large terrasses on each floor are shielded from the sun by the typical straw pergolas of the Amalfi coast that double as separations from the adjacent homes. The garden, located on the bottom level, will provide the perfect setting for those preferring to sun bathe all day, while still providing some deserved shade.
The four bedrooms of the property have air conditioning with dehumidifier features, which are the most effective to bring the perfect temperatures indoors.
The kitchens on each floor have a stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toasters, electric kettle and a blender.
The living rooms have TVs perfect for your Netflix binge watching.
Towels and linens are provided and extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged.

THE FINAL CLEANING FEE IS €140 TO BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-OUT, unless already included in your reservation payment.
PRIVATE PARKING FOR 1 LARGE or 2 SMALL CARS IS FREE. Additional parking for one Large car can be arranged subject to availability and for an EXTRA Fee of €20 per day.
Consumption of domestic water, gas for heating and pool cleaning is included.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : €400 REQUIRED IN CASH AT CHECK IN. IT WILL BE RETURNED AT CHECK OUT minus the mandatory City Stay tax, the extras requested and subject to damage repairs if any.
