Ce gîte paisible, typique du Quercy et en pleine campagne vous offrira un séjour détente avec un jardin totalement indépendant.
Profitez d'un jardin arboré et fleuri non clos d'environ 2500m².
Mobilier de jardin et barbecue mis à disposition pour des moments de détente au calme.

Le gîte comprend une salle à manger, une vraie cuisine fonctionnelle et petite salle de bain pleine de charme. Deux chambres dont une avec un lit en 140cm et l'autre deux lits en 90cm.

C'est le lieu idéal pour découvrir des paysages bucolique à travers les sentiers de randonnée mais aussi de profiter de lacs de baignades et des marchés de producteurs locaux.

Sur place : Petite mare et Fontaine. Randonnées pédestres facilement accessible. Rivière du Lot proche, avec promenades en gabares. A deux pas du Lot et du Tarn et Garonne et de leurs sites prestigieux.

Le gîte à un côté mitoyen mais gîte sans vis-à-vis direct.
Parking privé pour stationner votre véhicule.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Draps fournis gracieusement sur demande.
- Linge de maison (torchons main et vaisselle) : fournis gratuitement.
- Linge de toilette : non fournis, à fournir par le Client.
