"This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I wasn't going to book it as I don't stay in 3 star hotels but glad I did - as the hotel is fantastic. The level of customer service was noticeably excellent. Easily a higher 4 star hotel. There's a lot of history about this hotel and it's owner. I recommend taking the time to research it. 100% recommended to stay here during your trip to Melaka. "Old town Melaka in this hotel our suite was spacious and the bathroom was modern and beautiful. The bed was spacious and lounge chair amazing. Enjoyed the walkable tours . Food suggestions and many options to eat and shop. This hotel was over 100 years d with Asian inlays and carved furnishings. The Portuguese architecture was awesome blended with Chinese decor. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to stay here again. "

"It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment."
