"Housekeeping staff were very friendly and willing to help. We stayed in a resort tower renovated room and were very happy, there was a fridge which was helpful on the hot days to have cold bottled water. Lighting could be improved in the rooms as they were pretty low lit. The pool was alot of fun but drinks were incredibly expensive. Check in and check out were very smooth and the self used kiosks were quick and easy. Overall though we traveled with our 8 year old daughter and some people tried to make the excalibur seem like a last resort option to stay but we thoroughly enjoyed our time and amenities. Would stay again!"

"We had a great day at Horseshoe Las Vegas! The property was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access to their casino and not overly crowded. The room was a little outdated and could’ve used the little touchup with paint but other than that it was clean and affordable for Las Vegas!"

"Great hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. My only issue was the self-parking. You can self-park for free if you are a hotel guest and use your key card to exit. None of my key cards worked and there was no one there to help us and I ended up paying $20 due to time constraints. Make sure your key card works if you plan to use the self-parking. Other than that, it was great and would stay there again."

"Had a fun time at Harrah's. The hotel is situated close to the middle of the strip, with everything within walking distance. The dueling piano show every night was pretty good. All in all, exactly what you'd expect from a hotel on the strip."
