I appreciated the free shuttle service from the train station to the onsen, this needs to be arranged beforehand through the expedia booking platform. The room was clean. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Room was fantastic and the private onsen terrific. Set dinner experience was great too and they were able to cater for my wife’s gluten allergy, which some other ryokans we checked would not. Staff were great too!"
