New and clean

The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. The free ice cream at the end of the onsen was the cherry...

The room was incredibly spacious and well designed and well appointed. We loved it!

I’m not interested in writing copy for you.

Lobby staff was so efficient to prepare all the key cards in advance in the individual envelope. It is wonderful and the luggage’s that we deposited for the one day trip were set into the room when we come back. Well done.

Had an enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth with the kiosks and staff was available if I needed any assistance. Loved the public bath and the amenities. Everything was clean and service was great. Was never disturbed and any service was done quickly! Highly recommend! I would definitely consider continuing staying at a Dormy property in any future trips to Japan

Whenever I stay in Fukuyama, Daiwa Roynet Hotel is always my go-to choice! Prime Location & Convenience: The hotel is remarkably close to the station, making moving around extremely convenient. Despite being so close, the rooms are well soundproofed, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. Impeccable Service & Cleanliness: The property is clean and modern, and the staff are consistently kind and helpful. Comfortable Room Features: I love that the room includes a massage chair and features...

I stayed one night while traveling around Kagawa in my rental car. The Hotel O. Setouchi seems to be a new, small boutique hotel. Easy parking on site. Easy check in. Friendly staff member. Though the room was a little small, it was modern and tastefully decorated. I was given a pass to use the large onsen across the street, which was wonderful for my legs after a long day of hiking / walking. The onsen complex has a restaurant. Other than that, I didn't see any restaurants within walking...

Very trendy and modern. I especially liked the traditional robes and belts, the Edison bulbs and writing on the mirrors. I enjoyed my stay and would return

We spent one night here in early January. The staff was very friendly and thoroughly walked us through check-in procedures. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The tatamis were comfortable. The unique Japanese style bath was great. One thing to note: the private bath and toilet are downstairs from the room. This wasn't an issue for us, but worth noting.
