"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Leicester! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore Leicester. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leicester. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!"

"The room was spacious and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. The reception area was welcoming and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully the restaurant will be able to open soon but there was a pub serving food less than a ten minute walk away."

"Stayed while attending a wedding near by, the staff looked after us really well, Steph, Victoria and Summer in particular, even storing the wedding cake in the fridge. Rooms were clean and modern, bar and restaurant were nice, while we didn’t get to use it other guests commentsed.on how good the pool was"

"Breakfast excellent .Parking should be free for hotel guests .A hairdryer & a small kettle & 2 mugs would be a very useful asset in the rooms as it isquite a way to walk to the restaurant in your nightwear for an early morning or middle of the night hot drink !!!!Otherwise an excellent stay (because we had stayed with you previously I was prepared & brought my own from home )Thankyou to all staff"
