"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "I could not possibly have asked for a better stay. The staff were all so professional, friendly, helpful and competent that I literally wanted for nothing at all. They all went far above and beyond what I have seen at any hotel where I have ever stayed, and that is truly saying something since my wife and I travel regularly across the United States and Europe. The food in their restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. Christina is an exceptional chef and her grilled pork loin and filet mignon rival any that I have ever eaten, even in expensive US steakhouses (think Ruth’s Chris or Flemings). A beautiful stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. Special thanks also to Surgeon and Marta for their outstanding efforts!"

"What an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was excellent, with easy access and right next to the tram station. The pool was great, and I also enjoyed the gym. The staff were all very friendly, especially Mr. Lucas, who looked after us during our half-board dinner. He was incredibly helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and overall, I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back again."

"The hotel was easy to find by car, you drop off the end of the E 70 heading into Zagreb and its very visible. Good parking and friendly reception. Rooms clean, huge bed, and large shower but lacked a luggage stand. I believe we were in a bedroom for disabled which I had mistakenly booked. Despite the room facing traffic, the glazing kept out the noise. The reception did neglect to point out the key car is needed to be able to select the floor in the lift which seemed to catch out several others. The restaurant provided an excellent evening meal. We also had a very good hot breakfast."
