Rustic Villa close to nearby Vineyards

Traditional Villa built circa 1910 with original period features including Kauri floorboards, sash windows etc. Three double bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with large open fire.

Property includes modern purpose built games room with bar area, pool table, table tennis table, dart board, large screen TV, record player and log burner (for winter) and large pergola area (for summer).

Property is approx 900m from the town centre and walking distance to a number of local vineyards, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Property is pet friendly, with fully fenced backyard.

Note - main dwelling is over 100 years old, do not book if you are looking for a modern accommodation option.

A stay in paradise

This was our second stay here and we absolutely love it. The house is a great location, excellent privacy and a fabulous stay. It is comfortable, great value and we really love stay here. We will definitely be back.
