Great Stay

We had a great visit. The upstairs apartment was clean and comfortable. Restaurant across the street is great with plenty of beach and fishing activities all around.

Beautiful location and well maintained property

I stayed at Andreas’ 1st floor unit for 5 nights. The property was in great condition and when we needed to get in touch with Andreas he was always available and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

Cozy and Close to the Beach

Perfectly sized for a cuddly family of 5! Once you "check in" and access the property, the space is intimate and just the right size to hang out and relax. The larger bed can sleep 3, comfortably, and the full sized bottom bunk, another 2, plus the top bunk. Outside laundry access on-site is convenient, as it's the BBQ grill and fire pit. Be wary of the mosquitos if your return from the beach is later in the afternoon/early evening... They are killers! The beach is across the road (mind the blind curve, especially if you have little ones!) and four houses away. The beach, itself, is rocky so bring water shoes for the kids if they are tenderfoots. From the house, most everything is a 10-20 minute ride (restaurants, sports zone, groceries, etc.). Do your homework and map out some great eats and attractions! All-in-all, just what you need to access the beach nearby and relax on the morning and evening.

Cozy comfort

As a kid I spent every Summer in the area around this house/cottage and now I return ~ every 2 years. This is a nice relaxing friendly beach area. I've rented many cottages in this area of Marshfield/Brant rock/ Sunrise beach and I need to tell you that this house/apartment is very clean and modern. Several of the cottages I've rented in the past have been old and outdated....not this one. It was completely remodeled last year with all modern immenities. My four-member family stayed for a week in the upper unit and we were very comfortable. If you are lucky 🍀 you will get a chance to meet the owner Andreas and his family.... they are wonderful and generous. I believe that I will recent this place in the future. July 27th-August 3rd 2017 was our vacation dates.
