Ideally located between the old port and the Panier district. Tastefully decorated, it's ideal for a couple.

The apartment is located in a typical Marseille building. Access is via the pretty Place des Moulins, just a few meters from the famous Montées de Accoules and its mythical bell tower.

The apartment comprises a living room with sitting area, dining area and open-plan kitchen. 2 small balconies overlook a quiet street with a small square where you can catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance.
The apartment has a separate bedroom separated from the living room by a glass roof. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Le Moulin retains the charm of the old-fashioned terracotta floor tiles, while modernizing them for added comfort.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, without elevator.

Très agréable séjour

Location très propre, literie confortable.Emplacement très plaisant. Une remarque cependant, le ventilateur émet un cliquetis métallique désagréable quand il est en marche.

Le Moulin "Appartement très agréable et bien équipé au coeur du Panier. Literie très confortable. Salle de bain très bien et douche spacieuse. Pas de commentaires sur la cuisine que nous n'avons pas utilisée. Nous confirmons que le ventilateur fait du bruit en position lente, n'en fait plus en position rapide mais la crainte qu'il se détache du plafond ne permet pas de dormir en le laissant allumé. L'entrée de l'appartement se fait par une petite place agréable et calme mais l'appartement en lui même donne sur la rue principale du quartier du panier. Il faut donc descendre 2 niveaux par rapport à la place et l'accès par les escaliers est limite sur certaines marches. De plus, Il ne faut pas oublier que des résidents vivent dans le bâtiment et que ce n'est donc pas un appartement où on peut faire la fête (une des voisines s'est plaint du bruit de certains). Belle vue sur une ruelle, bar juste en dessous mais pas ouvert tous les jours lors de notre séjour donc le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé."

Le Moulin "Je remercie mon hôte pour son accueil avec une remise des clés en face à face, pas un simple code sur une boîte à clés, une chose de plus en plus rare, et appréciable. Appartement situé dans une rue sans voiture au panier, ce qui est agréable. Il est assez grand pour deux personnes, bien situé pour un séjour à Marseille. Attention aucune place pour se garer pour les personnes venant en voiture. L affichage de la plaque de cuisson est hs. Appartement plutôt calme. Sauf la nuit, si vous avez un sommeil léger cela peut être compliqué pour s endormir. On entend de la musique jusqu'à plus de 3h, 4h du matin plusieurs fois dans la semaine alors qu'il n y à pas de bar dans les environs. Mais pas un voisin direct. Cependant l hôte n y peut rien."

Le Moulin Logement très calme et bien équipé au coeur du quartier du Panier, à proximité directe de nombreux restaurants et cafés, à 10 minutes à pied du Mucem. Jolie vue, haut de plafond, literie confortable. Idéal pour deux. L'accès est cependant reservé aux personnes valides (escalier raide et compliqué). Attention ne pas utiliser le grille-pain, il fait sauter les plombs ! Si tout ça ne vous fait pas peur, je recommande les yeux fermés, l'emplacement est dingue.

Le Moulin "Once inside, this is a lovely little apartment 🙂 Sweet little apartment with windows overlooking narrow alleyways of Le Panier. Easily walkable to the old port area and museums/old docks. Although right in the midst of everything, it was quiet at night ( we were there in early April ). 🙁 Access was down an internal passageway and down some poorly maintained uneven stairs where the handrail lay broken to one side. If you were not fit/careful or had big luggage, the flight of steps could be a real challenge. Kitchen equipped fine but only two mugs and one had a broken handle."

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hafen und auch die Cathedrale de la Gard waren gut zu erreichen, also sehr zentral. Die Agentur reagierte schnell per Email auf Fragen.
