Incredible Stay

The appartment is in a clean and well maintained complex with nice facilities. Cassis is a beautiful town with great market and restaurants, the harbour is lovely for an evening stroll. The appartment is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing.

Très belle vue très fonctionnel

Appartement calme bien situé. Bonne organisation de Paul pour l'accueil et le départ.Il y a tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. On est proche du port mais il ne faut pas avoir des problèmes pour marcher car c'est situé en hauteur. Cela permet aussi d' avoir une vue incroyablement apaisante.

Eine schöne Woche

Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 13,11,8) für eine Woche vor Ort. Die Wohnung war von der Größe komplett ausreichend, der Ausblick genial, die Küche super ausgestattet, das Bad sehr schön und der Weg zum Hafen kurz (aber steil). Unsere Kids haben den Pool geliebt und Cassis und Umgebung waren wunderschön. Die Organisation mit der Agentur lief unkompliziert. Volle Empfehlung.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à Cassis. L’appartement offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et le Cap Canaille et est globalement bien équipé. Il y a plein d’activités à faire dans les environs. La résidence est bien équipée (très grande piscine, tennis, Ping Pong, etc), même si les communs mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement… Nous y reviendrons volontiers…

Super séjour mais un gros point négatif au vu du prix. La literie (pour tous les lits) doit absolument être changée car au bout de 15 jours, le manque de sommeil se fait sentir.

Très bel appartement moderne et bien équipé avec une très belle vue sur cap canaille. La résidence est très calme et sécurisée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si on doit réserver à Cassis. La communication avec Émilie de l'agence de location était parfaite. Petit bémol, la literie sans être catastrophique peut être améliorée pour un meilleur confort.

Beautiful but old!?!

Beautiful apartment with a great view! Pool and Tennis Courts are pretty ok. Apartment is old and only partially renovated (e.g. bathroom is very nicely renovated) ... This is what you see and feel in the apartment. Tricky was, that is wasnˋt possible to rent the linen locally, so we had to pay a lot for a concierge service...

Location très agréable, avec des espaces très bien aménagés , vue superbe sur la mer

Nous avons bcp apprécié cette location car en étant un peu à l’écart de la ville nous pouvions quand même (moyennant quelques efforts de marche) tout faire à pied , avec des enfants de 8 et 14 ans , c’était très bien et les filles sont ravies de cet emplacement sans parler de tout ce qu’il y a à faire autour !!

Très belle résidence et vue de rêve

L’appartement est très agréable et très fonctionnel. La terrasse a une vue magnifique sur le cap canaille. On se lasse pas de cette vie magique où les couleurs changent à chaque heure de la journée avec les rayons du soleil ! L’acces à la piscine est très agréable et pas trop de monde. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci au propriétaire pour ce bel appart et merci à virginie de l’agence pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Appartement très agréable avec une vue splendide sur le cap Canaille, piscine de 25 m dans la résidence très appréciée. Petit bémol sur le coin chambre dans le séjour un peu exigü pour 2 personnes, lave vaisselle pas toujours très performant (couverts et verres mal lavés après lavage). Situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre et du coté des balades vers les calanques, tout peut se faire assez facilement. Accueil chaleureux et avec beaucoup de souplesse d’Emilie de l’agence pour la remise des clés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bel endroit vue sublime

Un Residence qui date des années 80 certes mais bien entretenue. L'appartement était conforme à ce qui était proposé sur le site avec une vue époustouflante. Les moins : la petite chambre lits superposés très chaude au sud/ les horaires de piscine trop justes en vacances (10/20h)/ le vol de claquettes toutes neuves et pas bon marché le premier jour dans le sas de la piscine. Les plus: appartement vaste bien équipé cuisine et sdb neuves, machine à laver et lave vaisselle.Le parking attitré.La vue!!!magnifique...La grande piscine.L'accueil par Castellas Immobilier ( j'ai oublié le prénom de la petite dame...!) A savoir : avoir du pain frais le matin est faisable mais sportif...car la Residence est excentree en hauteur.

On ne se lasse pas de la vue ! En avril, résidence très calme. Très bien accueillis par Emilie de l'agence immobilière et le propriétaire toujours aimable et serviable. Wifi en parfait état de marche. La rénovation de la salle de bains serait un plus. Appart spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. Centre ville de Cassis à 15 minutes à pied. Globalement, excellent séjour.

Résidence soignée et très calme, appartement spacieux et très bien équipée, surtout pour l'électroménager. Bon confort de literie. Premier locataire de l'été, appartement plutôt sale à l'arrivée, poussière partout, vaisselle pas très propre et protège-matelas très poussiéreux. Que 3 chaises terrasse utilisables. Sinon nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Superbe appartement avec vue magnifique

Superbe appartement parfaitement équipé et permettant l'accueil de 2 à 6 personnes. Appartement très lumineux, parfait en toutes saisons avec vue splendide sur le cap Canaille et très bien situé notamment pour les balades dans les calanques et suffisamment proche du centre ville pour profiter de sorties restaurant et apprecier la ville de cette ville tranquille ayant su garder un caractère pittoresque et authentique en évitant les grands complexes immobiliers. La proximité de Marseille rend l'accès aisé par tout type de moyen de transport. Situation dans résidence calme, propre et agréable. Ayant déjà renouvellé nos séjours 2 fois, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et nous conseillons chaudement cette location à tous, le propriétaire, Richard Moschetti n'étant pas avare de conseils pour faciliter et rendre encore plus agréable le séjour à Cassis.
