  • Apartment for 8 people, first floor, 200m from the sea, flowered garden, BBQ, large private closed parking, independent access, fully electric kitchen, 2 large fridge-freezers, 3 bedrooms with storage and windows, large living room TV lounge, sofa bed 2 places, bathroom sink, shower and toilets, washing machine. Mosquito nets and fan in each room. Shops 800m away, 50m from the canal linking the Thau pond to the sea, on the edge of the 25km "voie verte" cycle path from Sète to Agde, 15 minutes walk from the daily market of Marseillan Plage. Dogs, pets not allowed, no noise after 10:30pm. Deposit 200€ in cash, returned on departure if no damage. 4 nights minimum. Bedding and towels are not provided.
