This is the perfect getaway conveniently located near Hatley Pointe Ski Resort which is opening December 16, 2023 (previously Wolf Laurel Ski Resort) at an elevation of approximately 4250 ft., approximately 2,324 square feet within walking distance of the mid-mountain ski lifts. This 3,112 square foot beauty is a 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhome and offers a spacious wooden deck with beautiful long range mountain views, paved access, WIFI, internet phone, cable TV's, sleeper sofa, central A/C and heat, gas log fireplace, pool table and a Jacuzzi soak tub on the main floor. If you'd like to hike the Appalachian Trail, Sam's Gap is just 7 miles away by vehicle. Discover the Sam's Gap to Big Bald hike. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 7 h 17 min to complete. This is a popular trail for backpacking, birding, and hiking.

Dogs are allowed on the trail but must be leashed. A well-behaved dog may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone. We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use. Please be a responsible pet owner. Pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fees. Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families.

We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties. Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 and equested for you to leave immediately - so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
