"This hotel presented an amazing experience. From the moment you walk it the staff is attentive and ready with a welcome drink and getting you set up with your room. The property is gorgeous for a very well located boutique hotel. The room was comfortable and appreciated the extras. The location is close to everything and a very walkable area."

"I loved our stay here! Would 10/10 recommend coming here for some peace after the bustle of Marrakech. We added a stay onto a quad biking excursion and had lunch (25euro), dinner (35 euro) and a load of beers (50dirham) by the pool. The service was amazing - they couldn’t do enough for you, the food was delicious and our room was perfect. We will be returning!"

"This hotel was perfect for me. Near many good restaurants, easy walk to the medina, and a very friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. What more could I want?"

"The room was stunning, but it was the service and the location that made it unforgettable. Everyone was so warm and helpful, we had an incredible stay and would absolutely stay here again if we were back in the city "

"Thank you Reidence Qodwa for a pleasant stay.
My room had everything I needed. Kitchen and clothes washer .. dishes and pots to with cook with.
Very close to all local attractions. Super market downstairs.
Abdessalam greeted me upon entry and assisted with anything I needed. He also scheduled a few excursions for me.
Thank you for everything !
Felt safe as a solo female traveler .

"Only stayed for a night but we arrived to such a warm welcome. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and clean and it’s in a great location. Breakfast was also lovely - would recommend. "

"Upon arriving at the airport at 10:44pm we were hoping to be greeted by our driver, who we booked 3 months prior to arrival, that was not the case. We had to wait an hour for him to arrive to pick us up. No apology just went on like nothing had happened. We arrive at entrance where they drop you off with your luggage and someone comes to meet you to bring you down the alley to your hotel. Check in was fine and smooth BUT once we got into the room is where we were both put off (not even the first two scenarios were as bad). There were moths and gnats as the window was left open and stains on the sheets. At this point it was late and we were both exhausted, but not tired enough to hop on the internet and book another hotel for the next night. We got minimal sleep and had a tour booked for early the next morning. After the tour we came back to the room, collected our luggage, and went down to check out a day early. They basically just took our keys, gave us a thumbs up, and told us to have a nice day (kick rocks) after telling them about the room situation. Once again no apologies, "how can we make this right?", nothing."
"Good quality hotel, nice facilities for families and good food.
A little way out from the medina but just about walkable. Or a short taxi ride.
M Street next door has some good eating options if you want to stay close to the hotel and save some money."
"Excellent location next to Palais de Congres. Restaurants onsite were excellent but no real options within walking distance if you’d like to eat out. Taxi to Guliez is reasonable and numerous, and there’s lots of options there. Likewise to Jemaa el-Fna square and other tourist sites. 10min to MAK airport"
Pickalbatros Hôtel Du Golf - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus- All-Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating.
En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room."
"I travel all year for work and this is the worst hotel i have ever been too. Staff are rude and dont care!
Rooms are dated and everything in room was broken including tv, balcony, door iron and safe. Told management but didnt really care
Spoke to General Manager Muhammed and he was worse than his staff. Told me he would give me a discount when i go back to hotel as if i ever would. He was rude an arrogant. The changed our room 3 times in 3 days which took hours to do but he couldn't see a problem with that. Rudest General manager iv ever encountered.
Pool area is nice with DJ playing but staff just dont care.
Im in Marrakech every year and its amazing. Arab culture is so welcoming but this hotel is the opposite.
Even every taxi we got in agreed that all they ever heard was problems with this hotel. No wander it has changed names 4 times in past 20 years.
Btw is fully under construction but in there true sneaky way they dont tell you.
Reception was full of people complaining and all you could hear around the pool area was people with issues with hotel.
This was not unique to me.

U must visit Marrakech it is amazing but if you stay at this hotel your trip will be ruined."
