The room and the riad overall are nice and beautiful as expected from the photos, and the location is quite good too.
Our arrival experience wasn't great though. The driver who drove us there could only drop us off at the nearest spot which was about two minutes walk to the riad. He called the raid hoping that they could send someone out to bring us to the riad, as it's nothing easy to find. However, the riad's people didn't come out, but instead they asked someone else on the street to bring us in. Not only that the guy wanted to do that for a fee, the guy actually didn't know how to get there neither, so he misled us to go around couple blocks with our heavy luggage, and then finally asked another kid to bring us there. When we arrived, the guy requested us to also give money to that kid. The whole experience was terrible! Right at the beginning it showed us how people there were irresponsible and dishonest. Beware!
One night after dinner we arrived back to the riad at 10pm, and we couldn't get in! The door was always locked and we had to ring the bell, but no one answered. We were outside the riad door for 15 minutes, ringing the bell and knocking on the door. Imagine it's at night in the middle of an alley of an old town in Morocco and we got locked outside! Finally we found a way to call the riad, and the guy said he couldn't hear the door bell!
