"My suit was large but needs major upgrades. They need to remove the carpet in the rooms and update everything. Ripped couches, the shower was stained, toilet flushes slow. Sink drains slow. Appliances are getting old but whatever. Even the balcony exterior looks old and needs updating. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t wow and it you like a luxury feel like me then this might not be the place for you. It’s mid lol if they update the heck out of it I’ll be back if not I’m parting ways. Staff was really good and so was house keeping but the owner really needs to invest in his property. Also why is there no Jacuzzi outside? Pool was a little dirty at the bottom and all the tanning chairs were torn up. "

"VERY OLD run down property. Very old carpets in the room. Room smells like tobacco and prts. Looks inside worst than any 1 star motel. Old loud A/C, noise from a high way. I left and rented a different hotel. I think positive reviews are left by people who liked the free food and drinks provided by hotel. "

"The Hotel stay includes access to the separate health club. The Trellis spa is a separate business— they offer excellent services but not access to health club. If you book a hotel stay note that you can go to Trellis spa only if you are getting services there. The website does not make this clear."

"The room was nasty, toliet leaking, no smoke detectors, gap around the door, remote didnt work, smeeled horrible including the lobby. Just overall not impressed. "
