This hotel is in a good position being only a short walk to the beach and close to shops. The pool was nice and clean and the dining room and food was very pleasant indeed. My only complaint was the shower in the room was useless. Just a ring of water and not A proper showerhead. Other than that a nice place, nice people, good location.

Not bad for the price but can do much better

While the staff here was quite nice, my room was very noisy, facing the street. Could not sleep at all until the bar across the street ended service around 1am. The hotel itself is not bad, just a bit worn down, there are others in the area that are much nicer for just a bit more money.

Good location to shopping centre and beach & food places. What I didn’t like is breakfast wasn’t the best customer service wasn’t the best cleaning the room was really poor not very organised as when we arrived they weren’t any room Available even tho I had pre booked so then was told to stay in another 1star hotel for the night and then they would sort the stay out the next day which wasn’t the best after a long journey coming.

This hotel is a little dated but comfortable (beds are great). We extended our stay and moved to this place from a 5* but i have to say i throughly enjoyed my few days here. The service is excellent and nothing is too much bother. The guys around the pool work very hard. I will defo recommend this hotel and hopefully stay again soon. The beach is 2mins away and theres a little corner shop sells everything you need. If its a relaxing break you want this is defo the right place. The pool is quite deep the whole way so not for little ones. Met some lovely friendly people here. Made to feel very welcome.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, unweit vom Strand. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr schlecht. Das Hotel verdient definitiv keine 4 Sterne und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, daher können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

***La peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel*****

No se los recomiendo, tengan mucho cuidado las fotos no son la realidad, las dos habitaciones en la s que estábamos, de inundan, el aire acondicionado no funciona, los baños son sucios, las duchas también, no limpian el piso, no cambian las toallas, no hay internet en las habitaciones ni en el hotel, sólo en el loby y muy limitado, ojo si compras algo en el bar, te lo cargan a la habitación para acumular y luego te cobran lo que no has consumido, los chicos del bar son lo único bueno que tiene este hotel, son amables y muy serviciales, pero la recepcionista, las encargadas de la limpieza y los supuestos gerentes que dicen ser gerentes pero a la hora de solucionar dicen que no lo son. Fue una experiencia terrible, hice la queja con ellos y prácticamente me pidieron que me fuera si no me gustaba, me comuniqué con Los encargados de esta aplicación y aún estoy esperando una solución, tampoco me ayudaron. En fin tengan cuidado, no es un hotel cuatro estrellas, además la ubicación y la playa cercana es horrible, muy sucia.

Otel Marmaris'teki birçok otelin kalitesinden üstün. Fiyat çok uygundu. Kahvaltı başarılı, otel teşekkürü hakediyor. Geliştirilebilecek alanlar: asansöre klima şart ve personel daha güleryüzlü olabilir. Eleştirim ise hotels'e: odayı sattım bitti olmaz, müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşamadım. Tarihi revize etmem gerekti zamanında ulaşamadığım için yapamadım ve beni zor durumda bıraktınız. 3 yıldır kullanan birisi olrak artık hotels'den ayrılık vakti.

Otel,fiyat kıyaslamadında iyi.Yemeklet güzel ve lezzetli idi.Odalar temiz ve konforlu idi.Tek büyük problem otelin odalar hariç hiç bir noktasında klima çalışmaması.Cam asansör belki 50 derece sıcak oluyordu.Restaurantın içinde klima veya havalandırma olmaması da tuhaftı.Zavallı garsonlar sürekli terlerini silerek servis yapıyorlardı.Bir de otelde ciddi wifi sıkıntısı vardı.Hiçbir yerinde çekmiyor wifi .Deniz çok yakın ve temizdi.Havuz sakin ve temizdi.

Extremely rude staff, the so called “manager” was so unhelpful in resolving any issue I had and laughed with his colleagues - with a “ what can I do attitude”. WiFi is shocking bad/non existent, I asked for the air con to be looked at and had absolutely no joy; alternatively I was told to upgrade my room and pay more money for the luxury of this service.
